A furniture store transformed into a center for impact and innovation

Seattle Impact Hall opened in October of 2012 on the 1st and 2nd floors of the historic Masins Building in the heart of Pioneer Square, Seattle’s oldest neighborhood. Our facility houses one of the largest concentrations of social entrepreneurs in the country and within the global Impact Hall network.

In 2014, we expanded into the Pacific Commercial building next door and took on two additional floors for private office suites and coworking, allowing many of our member companies to grow their teams within Seattle Impact Hall.

In 2016 and 2017, we continued to expand our square footage within the Masins Building by leasing additional space on the 3rd and 4th floors. With over 40,000 square feet, we are now able to offer 42 private office suites that can accommodate 2-20 desks, 14 private phone booths, five conference rooms, two classrooms, and one large event space, in addition to plenty of flexible coworking desk space.

Our versatile space fosters collaboration and creativity for individuals, groups and events. Whether you need peace and quiet or an energizing buzz of activity, every square foot is intended to facilitate inspiration and maximize productivity.
